User Controlled Bullet Time description: This is a bullet time effect that the user can control. The background shapes were made in 3D Studio Max and the pereson is a shape tween done in Flash. Overall this flash file can be used to see 3D views of shapes by using the X axis of the mouse.
Plays Any Bitrate and has a built-in preloader which shows the status of the download whilst simultaneously showing the current progress of play of the streamed file.
